The Book Shop

Positive: The Bookshop had the most amazing library. I could stay for a month and still have stacks of books to read! And it had a proper boardgame! Wingspan was nicely in theme with the birdwatching books. More boardgames would always go down well. Negative: The fire was a bit temperamental at the start but great when you got used to it.

Was wonderful, close to the beach, Main Street area of hotels and restaraunts, Positive: Everything.. style of the property, open fire, comfort, everything was provided to make it feel like a home away from home , location is great

Positive: The Book Shop was the most perfect place to stay in Robe. Steeped in history, quaint, close to shops and beach.. Can recommend the lobster platter at Skye Seafoods. Negative: Loved everything but a TV would have been great . Will absolutely recommend the Book Shop to my friends and family.. Very clean, well stocked, large outdoor veranda area.

May we suggest additional cooking pots for pasta Positive: Homely Ambience, space, location and canine welcoming committee. The bedding was very comfortable .

A true original, well done. Positive: We loved everything about The Bookshop. This is something you dont get to see to often. Renovated modestly leaving the perfection of the natural matrials to do the job they have been doing for over 180, leaving you feeling warm & cosy. With a very original eye for style and detail that leaves you feeling you could be anywhere in the world. Kudos to you, jj. We would love to come back.
